The role of
the Well Integrity Engineer is to provide support to European Fields as required to ensure compliance with Statutory, and
Field requirements for well integrity and address any failures or anomalies. It is the intent that this post holder will be
focused on the subsea wells, but will also work on dry trees/wellwork as required, and will be accountable to the incumbent
Well Integrity Engineer for the following items:-
Ø Maintaining and developing well integrity standards (including tree,
annuli and downhole safety valves) that fully meet the requirements of operators Policy
and ensuring compliance with these standards.
Ø Management of equipment required for subsea well repairs and interventions.
Ø Investigating any well integrity anomalies and providing support as
required to address same, including: developing programmes, providing operational support, monitoring performance and recommending
improvements to materials and operating practices.
Ø Support planning , procurement and execution of DSV based subsea investigation/repair.
Ø Liaison with the drilling and completion team to ensure completion designs
fully meet Well Integrity requirements and account for operational experience.
Ø Application and transfer of technology and best practices in Well Integrity
Management.
Ø Develop or enhance Asset’s Well Integrity Management Schemes.
Ø Promote and support Monthly Integrity Reviews for all Assets. |
